 Willamette Valley's 1996 Gewurztraminer This Gewurztraminer has the powerful aroma of roses,
lime and cloves followed by a creamy, rich palate and lively, spicy
floral flavors. Match this wine with our Kona Catfishor

Willamette Valley
Vineyards 1996 Pinot Gris
Sweet
aromas of cream, tangerines, honey and white pepper followed by
fresh, lively flavors of pear, melon and citrus. A dry, full-bodied
wine with a long, fruit-filled, spicy aftertaste. This Pinot Gris is
an excellent match for our Crab Cakes with
Ginger-Jalapeno tartar sauce and our Sesame
Oysters. Also try Pinot Gris with sauteed trout,
light sole dishes or ling cod.

Chardonnay
This Willamette
Valley Vineyards Chardonnay features creamy vanilla spice aromas
with fresh acidity, a long finish and medium body. Try this

This medium ruby-colored
Pinot Noir has sweet, toasty, berry aromas, is medium bodied with
well balanced oak flavors. Serve it with your favorite grilled fish

Salmon on a Cedar Plank recipe or our "Almost
Cajun" Salmon.
Tualatin Estate 1997 Semi-sparkling
Early Muscat
A semi-sparkling wine with the aromas of fresh citrus, peach
and apricot. It's delicate, sweet flavor has a fresh, clean
finish. Excellent by itself after a meal, or with mild cheeses
and fruit. Perfect with Lemon Pound Cake.
Griffin Creek 1997 Pinot
Gris
This Pinot Gris has the
explosive aromas of melon, pear and vanilla. It is rich and mouth
filling and provides the perfect compliment to salmon and shellfish,
in particular, scallops and mussels. From our recipe archive,

Griffin Creek
1996 Merlot
A rich, full-bodied Merlot with the vibrant aromas of cassis,
boysenberry, vanilla and spices. A fantastic match with wild
mushroom dishes, strong cheeses and Mediterranean fish
dishes. This Merlot is a wonderful compliment to our "Almost
Cajun" Salmon.
